serviced private offices, enterprise solutions, coworking spaces, meeting and event spaces, and
virtual offices across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Our community brings together freelancers,
entrepreneurs, startups, and established businesses in thoughtfully designed workspaces that

We are open Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Private offices and selected monthly
memberships have 24/7 access. Meeting and event rooms can be booked outside these hours on

Yes. A virtual office gives your company a professional business address in Riyadh, call
answering and access to our meeting rooms.
No, memberships are for one person. For a team, we can arrange several memberships or a
private office sized to your headcount.
Yes, you can adjust your membership when your current term ends, moving up to a larger space
or scaling back as your needs change. It is designed to flex with your business rather than hold
you to one setup.
Yes. Tell us your team size and requirements and we’ll put together a tailored package.
Members book through the member portal (Login on our website). Non-members can book through the enquiry form or by phone. We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, as availability and capacity vary by room.
Monthly memberships include meeting room credits. Boardrooms and event spaces may carry an
extra charge depending on your package, and we always confirm the cost before you book.
You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts. Cancellations within 48
hours are non-refundable.
Some memberships require a security deposit. It is fully refundable at the end of your
membership, provided the space is left in good condition.
Yes. Saudi nationals and residents need a valid commercial registration (CR) or a work licence
for their activity. Our team can guide you through obtaining one.
