Absolutely! You can upgrade or modify your package at the end of your current membership term.

  • Copy of Commercial Registration Certificate (CR)
  • For International Companies: If your business is a foreign entity, you’ll need an investment license or approval from the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA).
  • Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of Association & Memorandum of Association
  • A copy of the ID (national ID or iqama/residency permit) of the company representative who will sign the lease. If you’re using a third party to sign on behalf of your company, a Power of Attorney (POA) is also necessary.
